Scalable and sustainable fleet control for autonomous haulage systems in mining operations
Research
Kenta develops fleet control methods for autonomous haulage trucks in open-pit mines, including real-time dispatching with deep reinforcement learning and decentralised motion planning for multi-truck operations. He joined the group as a sponsored researcher from Komatsu, where he works on autonomous mining systems.
