Research
Valerie’s integrated research investigates the dependency between the power requirements of eVTOL operations, battery degradation and schedule profitability. It then optimises a simulated microgrid control for a resilience metric defined by the probability of meeting scheduled departures, the additional battery degradation from compensatory charging, and the recovery time back to nominal operation.
